新时期高校德育工作出现了一系列的新情况、新趋势,这要求我们在继承和发扬传统的基础 上,不断吸收国外德育工作的优秀成果,在方法上重新整合,逐步形成具有中国特色、符合时代特征 的高校德育工作方法体系。德育工作方法的创新必须注重发展性、灵活性、针对性和实效性。

In the new era, there have arisen a series of new situations and new tendencies in college moral cducation. This requires us to learn from the good experiences of moral education abroad and reform the methods of moral education on the basis of inheriting and developing our own traditions. In this case, we can establish a new system of college moral education with Chinese characteristics and the features of our time. However, the innovation of moral education should be done with an eye kept for long-run development, flexibility and actual effect.
