The Cultivation of Creative Vocational Talents in Higher Vocational Education

随着科技的进步和社会的发展,高职高专创新人才的培养得到了高度重视。要在高职高专院校实施创新人才培养.必须进行教学内容和教学方法的改革,加强师资队伍建设,加快课程体系整合,注重实践环节教学,完善考试与评价制度。

With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, great importance has been attached to the cultivation of creative vocational talents in higher vocational education. It is held that the cultivation of such talents should be realized by the reform of teaching methods and contents, the building of a strong contingent of teachers, the innovation of curriculum system, the stress laid on the teaching of fieldwork, and the perfection of testing and evaluating mechanisms.
