摘要
介绍用于冲天炉直接还原熔炼的冷粘结铁矿粉-铸铁屑团块的研究结果。此团块具有较高的常温强度和高温强度,可代替部分废钢和生铁在冲天炉内应用,并浇注出合格铸件。这项新工艺可充分利用材料和降低能耗,具有较好的经济效益。
The experimental results of direct reductive melting in cupola with cold binding comminuted iron ore - cast iron turnings briquettes are given in this paper. These briquettes have enough high strength at room and high temperature and can be used partly instead of the steel scrap and pig iron in the cupola melting to obtain qualified iron castings. The new technology can lead to more full utilizing materials ,decreasing the energy consume and thus to obtaining more economic benefit
