摘要 以生产20t级乏燃料球墨铸铁容器罐体为对象,用稀土镁球铁铁水浇注了重750kg、壁厚340mm的模拟铸件.测定了模拟铸件的凝固特性曲线、金相组织、兑现机械性能,常温和低温下的αk和K1d值。各项性能指标均达到国际上容器生产的先进水平. The nodular iron body of 20t grade container for storage of spent nuclear fuels being as the object of simulation , a simulative casting with weight of 750kg and thickness ot 340mm was cast with RE-Mg nodular iron. The tests were made of the solidification curve, structure, routine mechanical properties and αk as well as K1d values at both normal and low temperatures of the simulative casting. All items of the properties have reached the advanced international level of container production
