区域工业企业用水和废水排放特征分析研究──以深圳市为例

A Study of Water Use and Wastewater Discharge Characteristics for Regional Industrial Enterprises

以深圳市为例 ,从不同规模、不同行业类型、不同区域三方面 ,分析了深圳市工业企业用水和废水排放特征 .提出“特征企业组合”概念 ,利用“特征企业组合”可以比较及时准确地掌握区域工业企业资源消耗和污染物排放状况 。

This paper takes Shenzhen City as a case study to analyze the characteristics of water use and wastewater discharge of industrial enterprises in terms of different scales, different sectors and different districts. We put forward the concept of Characteristic Enterprises Combination (CEC in short), which is the critical combination for the change of the enterprises characteristics with the number of the enterprises. The concept of CEC is useful for the local government in simplification of industrial enterprises survey in order to hold the overall characteristics of natural resources use and pollutants discharge in time. It will benefit the local administrations on natural resources conservation, pollution control, environmental planning and management.
