表面粘贴SMA薄层的复合悬臂梁的弯曲变形分析

摘要 根据形状记忆合金的一维热力学本构关系 ,建立了粘贴预拉伸SMA薄层的复合悬臂梁弯曲变形的模型 .分析了在不同温度下 ,SMA相变恢复力驱动梁而产生的弯曲变形 。 This article puts forward and analyses a mechanic model of the bending deformation of a composite cantilevered beam. In three different heating stages, the deformation caused by the recovery force is studied theoretically. Then, the relative experiment is completed, and the result is in agreement with the theoretical analysis. At last, the reasons resulting in errors are pointed out.
