The teacher-students in teachers' college are from junior schools. They have teaching experiences. Making them have a better quality training is meaningful and important. It will help the policy made on the 3rd National Education Meeting to be very well carried out, make the subject of lightening the students' load be fulfilled and also help the junior students to have a better training on creating and practical abilities.
