摘要
由于目前我国青少年学生对挫折的承受能力较差 ,所以在我们实施素质教育的过程中应注重培养学生的抗挫折能力。抗挫折能力可分为自控能力和应变能力。针对这些问题 ,学校应抓好心理辅导工作 ,其方法有疏导法、转移法。
We should pay attention to train student's antisetback abi1ity within the process of diathefic educating because most of the youth-chi1dhood are not quiteup to the mark to bear defeat. Antisetback can be divided into the ability of controlling 0neself and adjuseting to changing circumstances. Facing the problems, we should do the work well of psychoIogy guidance in school. The ways contain: dredging mode、shifting mode、 correcting mode and dril1ing mode.
