摘要
近年来 ,我国煤炭企业的发展遇到了很多困难 ,一个重要原因是企业富余人员多 ,职工下岗分流和再就业的矛盾突出。作者认为 ,应加大转岗培训力度 ,培养非煤专业人才 ,增强非煤企业发展后劲 。
For recent years, result from surplus staff and the conflict between reposition of redundant personnel and post transformation training, the development of coal industry in China is challenged with many difficulties. The countermeasure suggested by the author is to reinforce post transformation training and cultivate non coal specializing staff, so as to develop the non coal industry with these potential developing force.
