新的形势对思想政治工作提出了新的更高的要求。当前 ,乏理、乏情、乏术、乏勤、乏力是影响思想政治工作有效性的主要因素。必须解放思想 ,不断创新 ,提高思想政治工作的感染力和渗透力 。

The new situation sets a still higher demand on ideological and political work. Now the main facts which make the ideological and political work ineffective are 'lack reasons, lack feelings, lack methods, lack initiative, lack convincingness and influence'. We must free from old ideas, constantly bring forth new ideas, increase the appeal and power of permeation, and increase the practical results of ideological and political work in real earnest.
