网络环境下 ,图书馆管理方法应重视人的服务和人的价值。一方面 ,应树立以人为本的服务思想 ,以满足个性化的需求 ,使读者公平获得文献信息 ;应主动传递信息给读者 ,改变图书馆被动服务的状态。另一方面应营造一个良好、和谐的环境帮助优秀人才发展 ,培养一专多能的馆员 ,提高馆员的法律意识 。

In the environment of Internet, we should attach importance to man's service and value in the way of managing library. On the one hand, we should set up serving thought on the base of man, meet readers' individual needs, and make them aim at fairly gainning documentary messages. And we should actively transmit messages to readers. Change the state of passive service in library. On the other hand, we should build a good and harmonious environment to help those excellent people of talent develop. Foster librarians with special skill and several kinds of abilities. So improve librarians' lawful consciousness and strengthen fostering of system librarians.
