Like a machine, a country can run normally under the control and management.Tang dynasty, a famous powerful and prosperous one in history, got the achievement on the basis of its relatively perfect regulatory regime of the feudal officials. This paper is to provide scientific basis for today's political system and administrative regulation through deep analysis of the appointment, the restriction on appointment, the assessment,the securig of an official position and the supervision.
