Analyses the Composition of Nitrendipine by HPLC

采用高效液相色谱法 ,以HypersilC1 8( 4 .6mmi.d .× 2 5 0mm ;5 μm)为色谱柱 ,甲醇 水 (体积比为 70 :30 )为流动相 ,检测波长炒 2 37nm ,研究尼群地平性质。在质量浓度 1 2mg/L～ 1 2 0mg/L时质量浓度与峰面积线性良好 (r =0 .9996 ) ,日内差、日间差RSD为 0 8%和 1 2 % (n=5 )。方法简便、准确。

A high performance liquid chromatographic method for the study on character of Nitrendipine has been established on a Hypersil C 18 column(4.6mm i.d×250mm,5 μ m),with the mobile phase of methanol water(70:30,v/v),and UV detection at 237nm.The linear correlation was observed within the range of 12mg/L 120mg/L(r=0.9996).The RSD withinday was 0.8%, and the RSD between day was 1.2%(n=5).The method is simple and accurate.
