“入世”能促进中国农产品出口 ,提高农业生产能力与国际竞争力 ,推动农业结构调整 ,进而推动中国农业经济的发展 ,但也将面临国外农产品的竞争。河南农业“入世”后 ,应着力突出比较优势 ,增强比较效益 ,克服不利因素的影响 ,抓住机遇。

Joining the WTO can promote Chinese agricultural produce,improve agricultural productive forces and international competition.lt can also push the adjustment of agricultural structure forward. But Chinese agricultiure will have to face with the overseas competetion.Henan is only one region of China and it's influenced by macro economics and national policy.After joining the WTO,we should focus on comparative advantages and beneficial results,overcome the effect of negative factors and grasp opportunities.
