我国正处在改革开放的攻坚阶段和发展的关键时期 ,社会情况发生了复杂而深刻的变化 ,这些变化给高校学生思想政治工作带来了大量新情况、新问题。要做好新时期高校学生思想政治工作 ,就必须适应形势发展的需要 ,在对大学生进行“灌输”和直观教育的基础上 ,采取以人为本的、间接的、灵活的、渗透力较强的迂回策略。

Our country is now in the period of economic reforms and opening the country and in the key time of development, which brings a lot of new circumstances and problems to the college students' ideological and political work. To do the work well, we should, according to the requirement of the new situation, take the human-centered, indirect, neat and strong infiltrating outflanking tactics on the basis of imbuing the students and object education.
