高等教育大众化是高等教育发展的趋势。大众化必然带来高等教育改革的深化 ,其中高等教育收费制度的改革是一项重要内容 ,也是高等教育发展的要求。如此 ,来自贫困地区的困难学生问题也愈来愈成为影响高校稳定与发展的突出问题。解决这一问题的关键应是观念的转变和尽快完善“奖、贷、助、补、减”全方位的资助体系。

The popularity is the trend of higher education development. It certainly brings the deepening of higher education reforms, not only the reforms of charge system but also the demands of higher education development .So the problem of the students from the poor areas more and more affects development and stability of college.The key to the problem is to change ideas and to perfect the subsidy systems including scholarship, loan, part-work and part-study system ,allowances and reducing tuiton.
