A Study of Using EPC Process to Produce Ductile Iron Crankshafts, Tubes and Valve Bodies

用EPC法（亦称消失模铸造）生产球铁曲轴、管件和阀体，较好地解决了球铁中常见的铸造缺陷，并提高了铸件的内在和表面质量以及尺寸精度。

The EPC (expendable pattern casting ) process was experimentally used to produce ductile iron crankshafts, tubes and valve bodies. As a result,the common defects problems of ductile iron castings could be quite easily solved,and in addition, the internal and surface quality as well as the dimention accuracy was increased
