用石灰氮作铸铁添加剂

摘要 笔者将石灰氮(CaCN2)作为灰铸铁的添加剂,旨在起脱硫和强化作用。试验证明,在石灰氮中配入适量CaF2,加入0.7~0.9%,用仿球铁的冲入法处理,可改善石墨形态,增加和细化珠光体,脱硫率达35%以上,抗垃强度提高40MPa以上,布氏硬度提高30以上。用高碳当量铁水可获得高牌号的铸铁.石灰氮基添加剂加入工艺简单,无污染。 The author used the lime nitrogen(CaCN2) as an additive of gray irons with the purpse of desulphurization and intensification. Experiment showed that using the 'Pouring over' process as that used in nodularizing treatment,a lime nitrogen additive of 0. 7- 0. 9 % mixed with proper amount of nuor spar (CaF2) could improve the morphorlogy of graphite, increase the amount and the fineness of pearlite, the desulphurization rate was more than 35%, tensile strength increase was more than 40MPa and hardness increase was more than 30 HB.High grade Cast iron could be obtained by adopting high carbon equivalence in this way.
