研究表明,低铬白口铸铁在含硼或磷较低的条件下,热处理能使碳化物的尖角变钝变圆、网络破断;与铸态相比,材料可在硬度变化不大的情况下,冲击值提高约1倍.
Investigation showed that adopting low content of boron or phosphorus the morphology of carbide of low chromium white iron could be improved by heat treatment with its sharp ends blunted and its network broken. The impact toughness value doubled that of as cast condition without obhous change of hardness
