良、恶性前列腺组织中SOD、CAT和MDA含量的变化

摘要 目的 探讨自由基损伤与前列腺癌(Pca)、良性前列腺增生(BPH)发病的关系。方法 分别将前列腺癌、良性前列腺增生组织及正常前列腺(NP)组织匀浆,检测组织中总超氧化物岐化酶(T-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和丙二醇(MDA)的含量。结果 Pca组织中T-SOD、CAT活性均较BPH组织和NP组织高,而T-SOD、CAT活性在BPH和NP无显著差别;三种组织中MDA的含量差别显著,依次为BPH>NP>Pca。结论 活性氧和羟自由基与Pca、BPH发病过程可能有一定联系。 Objective To investigate the relationship between free radical and the pathogenesis of prostate carcinoma and benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods The contents of total superoxide dismutase(T -SOD),catalase(CAT)and malondiaodehyde(MDA)were detected in the prostate carcinoma (Pea) .benign pro-static hypcrplasia(EPH)and normal prostate( NP)tissues. Results The activities of T - SOD and CAT in Pea were significantly higher than these in BPH and NP, but there was not significant difference between. BPH and NP. The contents of MDA were significantly different in BPH , NP and Pea tissues (BPH> NP> Pea). Conclusions Active oxygen, hydroxide free redical and lipid peroxidation may be relative to the developing of Pea and BPH.
