TUVP术围手术期的生理变化与麻醉

The physiologic alteration and anesthesia around operation in TUVP

目的 探讨TUVP术(经尿道前列腺电汽化术)的手术和麻醉安全性。方法 观察289例TUVP术和耻骨上前列腺摘除术患者围手术期BP(血压)、P(心率)变化,比较两组输血量、手术时间和术前健康状况分级。结果 TUVP术手术时间短,创伤轻微,无一例输血,围术期BP、P较平稳,变化和缓。结论TUVP术对人体生理代谢影响小,手术麻醉安全性高,但术前准备和治疗仍应重视。

Objective To evaluate the safety of surgery and anesthesia in TUVP(Transurethral electrova-porization of prostate). Methods 289 cases of TUVP and suprapubic prostatectomy were observed in the alteration of blood pressure and beat around operation. The lost volume of blood, operating time and preoperativc health comdition were compared . Results It were showed that there were shorter operating time, slighter injury and no blood transfusion, the boood pressuer and heart rate around operation were more stable and its alteration was molder in TUVP. Conclusion It is much milder that the effects of TUVP on human physiologic metabolism and the surgery and anesthesia is safer. However,the preoperative preparation and therapy should be given more attention.
