本文介绍用2-辛醇氧化所得的2-辛酮，再经Grignard反应来制取一种新香料，3-甲基-3-壬醇总得率为58．29％．
Methylnonanois used as perfume components to enhance the odorlferous properties of the perfume. In this paper,the synthesisof 3-methyl-3-nonanol from 2-octanol is described. 2-Octasone oxldized from 2-Octanol was reaofed with the Grignerd reagent givethe product. The overall yleld was 58. 29 %.
