摘要
建立了以柠檬酸为配位剂,以脂肪胺与有机酸酯等聚合物和苯甲醛、非离子型表面活性剂等为添加剂的弱酸性光亮锌-锡合金电镀溶液,并从微分电容曲线.极化曲线等方面对镀液的性能进行了考察.由实验表明,在所得光亮Zn-Sn合金镀层中锌的含量正比于阴极电流密度.
It was found that bright tin-zinc alloy deposits were obtained by addition of polymerization product of aliphatic amine with organic acid ester,non-ionic surface active agent and benzaldehyde to citric acid baths containning SnSO4 22g/L,ZnSO4 7H2O 29g/L,(NH4)2SO4 66g/ L,citric acid 84g/L,Then behavior of electrobath were measured with the electrochemical methods,experimonts have shown that zinc content of electrodeposiled tin-zinc alloy is proportional to the cathod current density.
