新型絮凝-缓蚀剂处理油田污水的研究

STUDY ON THE TREATMENT OF OILFIELD WASTEWATER WITH A NEW KIND OF FLOCCULATING-CORROSION INHIBITING AGENT

以油田污水为处理对象，系统地研究了新型絮凝-缓蚀剂（ＣＭＴ-Ａ）的絮凝和缓蚀性能．试验结果表明，ＣＭＴ-Ａ不仅有优异的絮凝净水能力，而且对污水的腐蚀有良好的抑制作用，特别是对点蚀有突出的抑制效果．本文对ＣＭＴ-Ａ的絮凝-缓蚀机理也作了探讨．

The flocculation and corroson inhibition effects of a new kind of flocculating-corrosion inhibiting agent CMT-A have been studied systematically in the laboratory using oilfield wastewater.The experimental results show that CMT-A has not only excellent flocculation effect but also good inhibition efficiency.Especially,it gives outstanding results in inhibiting pitting corrosion.The flocculating-corrosion inhibitng mechanism of CMT-A has also been studied.
