摘要
采用正交回归设计,最优化方法进行耐磨堆焊焊条的配方设计和试验,建立了堆焊层硬度和磨损失重对焊条药皮各成分的回归方程,探讨其影响规律,并以此研制成功综合性能优良的高耐磨堆焊电焊条.
The author adopted a method of orthogonal regression design together with optimization to make up a priscription of the Hard-facing Electrode, derive regression equatiors of the layer hardness and grnding loss to each coating constituent, seek for influential laws and develop the high Wear-resisting Electrode with fine general properties.
