摘要
本文通过分析锻造工艺中对ＲＤ２车轴晶粒度的影响因素，选择合适的锻后正火工艺作为解决晶粒粗大的手段；实验探讨了正火工艺参数对晶粒度的影响，从而解决了ＲＤ２车轴晶粒粗大问题．
By analysing influence factor for grain size of RD2 wheel spindle in forging process,the suitable normalizing after being forged is selected to refine grain.The experiments about influence of normalizing parameter for grain size are completed and then the problem about the coarse grain of RD2 wheel spindle is solved.
