摘要
滚压工艺－塑性变形工艺，正在变为一种更为普及的光整加工方法。目前出现的各种不同的滚压工艺（一般、振动和超声）的效果也各不同．本文就其效果及其影响参数作了些综合介绍．
Burnishing-plastic deformation process is becoming a popular finishing manufacturing process. At present,there are various different burnishing process(general vabricating and ultrasonic process,ect.)which have different function.In this paper,the process effect and affecting parameters(burnishing force,speed,feed,Iubricating liquid,meterial and diameter of burnishing tool,meterial of workpiece,original roughness,etc.)are presented. And we can gain the optimum surface quality if the various parameters and their combination are chosen reasonably.
