摘要
本文探讨了45、T8、5CrMnMo、3Cr2W8V钢,在添加还原剂的硼砂、氧化铝浴中的渗层组织及其形成机理,结果表明,当盐浴中B/A|值在一定范围时,硼、铝原子可以共同扩散.获得铁硼相和铁铝相组成的渗层。
This paper probes the microstructure and its formation mechanisms of B-Al co-diffused Layer of 45、T8、5CrMnMe、3Cr2W8V steels in the fused salts composed of the borax and alundum with reducing agent The result shows That,as B/Ae ratio 1.2~3.8,the boron atoms and aluminium atoms can co-diffution in steel and obtained co-diffusd layer contain ferro-boron phases and ferroaluminium phases.
