摘要
研究了渗碳+等温淬火及稀土-碳共渗+等温淬火的复合强韧化处理对22SiMnNi2CrMoA钢组织和性能的影响.试验结果表明,用22SiMnNi2CrMoA钢制作的液压凿岩机钎尾,采用上述复合强韧化处理工艺,其平均使用寿命较常规热处理者提高5~6倍.
The effect of duplex stiengthening and ductilizing treatment of carbonizing +austempering and rare-earthcarbonizing+austemper on microstructure and properties of 22SiMnNi2CrMoA steel was investigated. The result showed that,with duplex strengthening and ductilizing treatment, the life of shank adapter made of 22SiMnNi2CrMoA steel was 5 ̄6 times of that with ordinary heat treatment.
