摘要
本文综合国内外的有关资料并结合笔者的实验室成果,设计了一种煤矸石沸腾炉燃烧后灰渣综合利用的方案。该方案以从灰渣中提取Al_2O_3作为工艺主线,同时考虑了副产品深加工及残渣利用等问题,并提出了残液循环和废气回收的设想。是一种灰渣高附加值低污染综合利用的新途径。图2.参6.
This article has designed a mang-sided ultilization of the waste residuebumed in coal gangue fluidized bed furnaces. the plan extracts Al_2O_3 from the waste resi-due as its main technology line,and,at the same time ,takes into account how to furtherprocess the by-products and reclaim and multipurpose use of dregs,wasteliquids and gases.So the objective is attained that none of the three wastes is released during the technologicalprocess .It is indeed,a new technology to multi-purpose use of the waste residue in high ex-tia value and low pollution。2figs.,6refs.
