文章在分析房地产消费者权益保护必要性和现有保护措施的基础上 ,探讨了我国房地产消费者权益保护的重点和途径 ,提出房地产消费者权益保护要紧密结合房地产业和房地产商品的特殊性 ,强制推行“房屋质量保证保险”这一国际惯例 ,切实保障房地产消费者权益 。

This paper analyzed the necessity and the current protecting policies of real estate consumer's rights, studied the protecting emphases and the train of thought of the protecting, and proposed that the protection should be combinative close the real estate industry and the particularity of the real estate merchandise, and considered “The Insurance of House Quality to Guarantee” as an international tradition should be carried out compulsively and made the real estate consumer's rights get to guarantee effectively, then promoted the real estate market to keep on the health development in China.
