摘要
战后50多年跨国公司创新管理模式,可以归纳为第一代技术推动型、第二代需要拉动型、第三代技术与需要互动型、第四代多职能整合型和第五代系统整合与网络协作型五种模式。这些创新管理模式可供迫切需要摸索创新思路的我国企业思考和借鉴。
Since World War II, multinational corporations have developed different models of innovation management that can be categorized into 5 successive generations, i.e. the models of technology-push, need-pull, technology and need-coupling, functions-integrated and finally system integration and networking. These models can be regarded as the accumulated knowledge and experience in innovation management by multinational corporations as well as the strategic reactions to market competition and economic changes they faced in the past. Therefore their importance can not be ignored by Chinese enterprises eager to probe their innovation strategies.
