试论邓小平对外贸易思想

A Tentative Study of Deng Xiaoping's Ideas on Foreign Trade

发展对外贸易是我国实行对外开放的一个重要方面。邓小平站在唯物史观的高度,面对历史和现实,不断总结我国的经验教训,提出要大力发展对外贸易,并把对外贸易提升到关系我国社会主义现代化建设成败的一个战略问题来认识。通过对邓小平一系列对外贸易思想的阐述,认为其对外贸易思想不仅对我国的改革开放有重要的指导作用,而且对于已加入WTO后的中国经济建设具有十分重要的意义。

The development of foreign trade is one of the most important aspects for China's opening-up policy. Standing on the height of historical materialism and summarizing the experience of development in Chinese history, Comrade Deng attaches great importance to the development of foreign trade. In his idea, the development of foreign trade is a matter that decides the success or failure of socialist modernization. His viewpoints on foreign trade are explained in this paper. It is held that these ideas are not only of great significance in guiding China's reform and opening-up, but also of great importance for the economic construction after China's entry into WTO.
