摘要
针对信息化技术的发展对传统企业管理的挑战进行思考,指出了网络环境下企业组织构架的必然性变革,其中业务流程再造(BPR)是其实施变革的基本前提,而业务再造的核心任务是为顾客创造价值和提高顾客满意度,并以此为目标就网络环境下业务流程的再造的设计、模型建立、具体实施中应注意的问题等进行了系统全面的探讨。
In respect to the challenge posed by the development of information technology to traditional enterprise management, reform must be made in the organizing structure of enterprises under the network environment. Business process reengineering (BPR) is the very precondition to undertake such a reform. As far as BPR is concerned, it is the most important goal for it to create value for the customers and upgrade their level of satisfaction. A systematic study is made in this paper on the design of BPR, its modeling and problems in realizing it.
