The objectives of training creative new talented persons in Chinese literature speciality are the training of creative new ideas, the training of creative new thoughts, the training of creative new ability and the training of creative new emotions and personalities. The concrete measures lie in the following eight aspects: setting up the creative new concepts, building the mode of training creative new talented persons, widening specialty specifications, updating the teaching contents, and so on.
