摘要
高等教育质量观分为实用性和学术性两种不同观点 ;教育质量的本质是一个过程增量的增长率 ;高等教育质量具有时代性、动态性、多元性、开放性、综合性的本质特征。
With the narration of quality view, the paper proposes that education quality is the nature of increment rate of a process. Higher education quality has the nature characteristics of times,mobility,multiplicity,openess,comprehensiveness.
