摘要
大学生有较多的课外自由时间 ,但由于相当部分大学生缺乏发展的需要和能力 ,以及教师在课外采取放任自流的态度 ,导致大学生将自由时间主要用于物质享乐方面 ,缺乏自我发展。教师指导学生课外自我发展意义重大 ,具体指导包括自我发展目标的确立、客体内容的选择、自主活动等方面。
Undergraduates have more extracurricular time. A tachers take abandon attitude towards undergraduates' extracurricular activities and a certain part of undergraduates lacks the demand and ability for advance, most undergraduates spend more extracurricular time in material-enjoyment than in self-advancement. It is significant for the teachers to instruct undergraduates how to advance themselves in extracurricular time. The Instructions include: the establishment of the objective of self-advancement, the selection of the object, autonomous activities and so on.
