摘要
分析了用GB/T 380-77燃灯法测试高硫含量燃料油样品的硫含量时产生误差的原因,提出了改进稀释剂、减少取样量、增加Na2CO3溶液吸收量等一系列改进方法以及操作中的注意事项。将试验结果与用美国ASOMA仪器公司台式能量色散X-射线分析仪所得结果比对,再现性良好,验证了用燃灯法测试高硫含量燃料油样品的硫含量的可行性。
The causes of error in high sulfur fuel oil examination using GB/T 380 - 77 Ignition Lamp Method are analyzed, and a series of improving measures including choosing better diluent, lessening sample quantity and increasing Na2CO3 solution absorption etc as well as important operation notes are proposed in this paper. The test results have shown good repeatability in comparison with the result obtained by energy dispersion X - ray analyzer of U. S. ASOMA Instrument Company, and thus approve the feasibility of using ignition lamp method to examine high sulfur fuel oil samples.
