建国后工业题材话剧,一方面表现出振兴民族、建设新中国的巨大热情,及积极向上的乐观精神风貌;另一方面在如何建设、怎样合理适应现代化发展的需求上又主要依赖的是过去乡村革命经验,对富强、富裕的渴求与对都市繁荣的困惑与恐惧,充分反映一个时代指涉和选择的困惑。

The drama with the theme as industry after the establishment of China has, on one hand, showed the great enthusiasm in rejuvenating the nationality and constructing a new China, on the other hand, displayed desire for the rich and strong, and confused and frightened by the city as well. It fully reflected the predicament known and chosen in one era.
