提高学报质量的TQC的P、D、C、A计划、实施、检查及处理4个步骤,是在对学报质量要 素进行了综合分析的基础上,运用TQC全面质量管理的原理,探讨高校学报发展的思路。

The method of TQC contains the following four steps, planning, implementing, checking and conducting, which are of help to improve the quality of the journal. This paper, based on the comprehensive analysis, put forward the suggestion to apply the principle of TQC to develop the journal.
