摘要
针对高校新生,面对学习生活环境的巨大变化,所产生的焦虑心理的原因进行初步分析,应对学生进行必要的心理疏导、教育学生合理定位、帮助学生树立自信心等意见和建议。
In the face of great changes of studying and living environment,freshmen of college have lots of anxieties. The author makes initial analysis of the reasons causing anxiety and proposes some advice and suggestion to provide necessary psychological analysis, educate freshmen to locate themselves logically and aid freshmen to build up their confidence.
