In this paper,the vector-valued regular functions are extended to the locally convex space.Thereby,the Cauchy integral theorem,the Cauchy integral formula,the uniqueness theorem,the maximum theorem,the Liouville′s theorem,the Schwarz theorem,the Cauchy-hadamard theorem,the Laurent theorem of the vector-valued regular functions in the locally convex space are achieved.
