高血压对糖尿病患者脂质代谢的影响

Effects of Hypertension on Metabolism of Serum Lipids in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨高血压对糖尿病患者脂质代谢的影响。方法随机取172例住院病人,分为高血压病组(A组,60例)、2型糖尿病合并高血压病组(B组,49例)、2型糖尿病组(C组,63例),检测血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白A1及B、脂蛋白(a),比较分析3组患者血脂变化情况。结果各血脂成分在3组间差异均无显著性(P>0.05),分层分析,在各年龄段和男女性之间血脂水平亦无明显差异(P>0.05),3组间血脂异常率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论高血压对糖尿病血脂紊乱的程度无明显叠加作用。

Objective To study the effects of hypertension on metabolism of serum lipids in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods 172 inpatients were selected randomly and were divided respectively into three groups including 60 patients with hypertension (group A), 49 diabetics companied with hypertension (group B), and 63 diabetics (group C). The levels of cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein-cholesterol, low density lipoprotein-cholesterol, apolipoprotein A1, apolipoprotein B and lipoprotein (a) were measured and compared with those between groups. Results No obvious difference of levels of each lipid items was found between three groups, age groups and sex (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in abnormal ratio of lipids between three groups (P>0.05). Conclusion There were no obvious effects of hypertension on the disorder of serum lipids metabolism in patients with DM.
