灵芝粉抗肿瘤及提高机体免疫力作用的研究 被引量:23

摘要 目的研究破壁灵芝孢子粉和灵芝精粉对小鼠移植性肿瘤和机体免疫功能方面的作用。方法分别以500、1000、1500mg/kg的破壁灵芝孢子粉和灵芝精粉,给小鼠经口连续灌胃20天后分别接种S-180、EAC瘤液(1×106个/ml)0.2ml。10天后,取肿瘤并进行NK细胞活性、单核-巨噬细胞功能测定。结果2种灵芝粉均能抑制肿瘤的生长,在同等剂量时,破壁型灵芝孢子粉的作用明显优于灵芝精粉,并能增强NK细胞活性,提高单核巨噬细胞的吞噬能力。结论破壁型灵芝孢子粉在抑制肿瘤作用和增强机体的免疫功能方面优于灵芝精粉。 Objective To explore the difference between effects of sporoderm-broken spores and the essence of Ganoderma lucidum Karst on tumor transplantation and body immune function in mice. Methods Three doses of preparations on 500,1 000,1 500 mg/kg were administered to mice daily by intragastric infusion, respectively. On the 20th day, all mice were implanted with S-180 or EAC tumor cells (1×106/ml). Ten days later, implanted tumors were examined, and NK cell activity and mononuclear-macrophages function were detected. Results In same dose, inhibitory rate of sporoderm-broken spore powder of Ganoderma lucidum on tumor growth was significantly higher than that of extract of Ganoderma lucidum, and the former obviously increased NK cell activity and enhanced phagocytosis of mononuclear-macrophages while the latter showed no effects. Conclusion Sporoderm-broken powder of Ganoderma lucidum was superior to extract of Ganoderma lucidum on the growth inhibition of tumor and the enhancement of immune function in mice.
