摘要
对四氟化乙丙橡胶(TP-2)和氟橡胶(FKM-246G)进行了耐280℃水蒸汽试验。结果表明:以过氧化二异丙苯-三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯为硫化体系的TP-2硫化胶的耐高温水蒸汽性能,明显优于以N,N’-双向桂叉-1.6-己二胶为硫化体系的FKM-246G硫化胶和以过氧化苯甲酰为硫化体系的FKM-246G硫化胶。
A test is made on the tetrafluoroethylene-propylene rubber (TP-2)and fluro rubber (FKM-246G)which resist the steam at the temperature of 280℃.The result shows that the high temperature steam resistance of TP-2 vulcanisate cured with dicumyl peroxide/triallyl isocayanurate is much better than that of FKM-246G vulcanisate cured with N, N'-dicin-namylidene-1,6-hexamethylene diamine and benzoyl peroxide.
