摘要
教育改革中,教师要从"独奏者"的角色过渡到"伴奏者"的角色,从此主要不再是授业解惑,而是去帮助学生发现、组织和管理知识.我们必须把学习的自由、权利、空间还给学生,把学习的欢乐还给学生,让学生有充分的条件去自主探索,去读书研究,真正实现自我发现和发展.
In the educational reform, teachers should carry out the transition to the role of 'accompanist' from the role of 'soloists', no longer teach the professional knowledge and answer the question mainly from then on. but went to help student's finding, the organization and managerial knowledge. We must return the freedom, right, space of study to students, return the happiness of study to students, let students have abundant conditions to research independently, go to read and study, really realize oneself finds and develops.
