摘要
【目的】研究辣椒素对慢性粒细胞性白血病 (CML)细胞株K5 6 2细胞增殖的影响。【方法】常规培养K5 6 2细胞 ,以MTT、3 H TdR掺入法及流式细胞术观察细胞增殖情况。【结果】辣椒素能促进K5 6 2细胞代谢MTT ,增加其3 H的掺入率 ,并呈现剂量依赖性。在 10 0 μg/L时 ,流式细胞术显示 ,辣椒素可促进K5 6 2细胞由静止期进入DNA合成期。【结论】辣椒素能刺激K5 6 2细胞的分裂增殖 。
To study the effects of capsaicin on proliferation of K562 cell line belonging to chronic myelocytic leukemia (CML).The K562 cell line was routinely cultured in vitro, the proliferation of cells was observed by monotetrazolium (MTT), ~3H-thymine deoxyriboside (~3H-TdR) corporation and flow cytometry.Capsaicin was able to promote the metabolism of MTT in K562 cells and increase the corporation rate of ~3H-TdR, showing a dose dependent manner. Flow cytometry revealed that when capsaicin was added in a dose of 100 μg/L^(-1), it helped to cause the proliferation of K562 cells from resting stage to stage of DNA synthesis .[Conclusion]Capsaicin can stimulate the division and proliferation of K562 cells in a dose dependent manner.
