胰岛素抵抗对2型糖尿病人伴急性脑梗塞患者预后的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨胰岛素抵抗 (IR)对急性脑梗塞患者预后的影响。方法 :将患 2型糖尿病的急性脑梗塞患者分为胰岛素抵抗轻度 (IR轻度 )组和胰岛素抵抗重度 (IR重度 )组 ,并用临床神经功能缺失评分 (Clinicalnervefunctiondefi ciencyscore,CNFDS)观察预后。结果 :IR轻度组患者和IR重度组患者CNFDS评分相比有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :IR可影响急性脑梗塞患者的预后。
