摘要
目的 选择颈椎活血胶囊喷雾干燥的最佳条件。方法 应用正交试验法 ,以每小时药粉产量为考察指标 ,同时兼顾粉中有效成分 ,对影响颈椎活血胶囊喷雾干燥过程的因素进行考察。结果 正交试验法设计的 3个因素中 ,浸膏的相对密度影响最显著 ,进塔风压的影响较显著。结论 最佳工艺条件为 :进塔风温 1 2 0℃ ,进塔风压 - 1 35 0Pa ,浸膏相对密度为 1 1 5 ;
Aim To select the optimum conditions of the spray drying of jingzhuihuoxue capsules. Methods The process was studied by orthogonal experimental design with the average output of the extract powder as the detective marker,in the same time attention is paid to the active components. Results The relative density of the extractive and the blast pressure are notable effect.Conclusion It’s the optimum process: The wind temperature is 120℃, The blast pressure is -1 350 Pa, The relative density is 1 15;The content of feralic acid and in the jingzhuihuoxue capsules manufactured by the process of the spay drying was higher than the primitive.
