医用橡胶手套的滑石粉上粉剂量及上粉时间的研究

Study on lubricating dosage and time of time of talc powder applied in medical gloves

目的 探讨医用橡胶手套最适滑石粉用量 ,以尽可能减少滑石粉脱落对组织的损害。方法 分别选择新手套正、反面和旧手套进行滑石粉不同上粉剂量和上粉时间比较 ,观察手套灭菌后出现粘连情况。结果 1 0 0只新手套正面使用 4 5g滑石粉上粉 30min无粘连 ,1 0 0只新手套反面使用 1 0g滑石粉上粉 1 5min无粘连 ,而 1 0 0只旧手套使用 2 0g滑石粉上粉 1 5min即达到润滑无粘连。结论 手套的润滑效果与手套的正反面。

Aim To investigate the proper dosage of talc powder applied in medical rubber gloves for reducing tissue damage caused by talc powder during operation. Methods The obverse side, the reverse side of new gloves and the old gloves were used to compare the dosage and time of talc powder and to study adhesion after the gloves were sterilized. Result 45 g talc powder were applied in the obverse side of 100 new gloves for 30 minutes, no adhesion; 10 g tale powder were applied in the reverse side of 100 new gloves for 15 minutes, no adhesion; and 20 g talc powder were applied in 100 old gloves for 15 minutes, no adhesion. Conclusion These results revealed there were correlation between the lubrication effects and the obverse side or the reverse side of new gloves, the lubricating dosage and time of talc powder.
